Born to Robert and Sarah Oxford in 1974, Bobby is the eldest of the two sons. He is only a day older to his cousin Simon. Growing up he was the sweet kid who loved his large family and cousins. Give Simon and him grew up together, they are poles apart. He became an older brother to Patrick in 1976.

During High school, Bobby fell in with the wrong type of crowd and just did a 180 degree turn from his sweet nature to the school’s bad boy. Peer pressure was also a factor and the reason to fit in; and to shake of the military brat image. He wasn’t one and being labelled as such annoyed him greatly. Still despite his image, Bobby managed to graduate from High School with one honour in English literature.

1993: Forced to marry Vicki as he did few side jobs for Galacio

1995:  Bobby's father made a surprise visit to see his son. It was during this trip that the elder Oxford learnt the true face of his son. Shocked, hurt and disappointment beyond belief, Oxford Sr disowned his first born. Soon the rest of the family followed. Since then no one has spoken to him.

April 1997 - Spring 2000: The first years of his marriage were miserable. Robert hated her. This would be the beginning of what would make their marriage even began to look up into what normal people could even call a marriage as she began to take care of him, she could have left him to die. After his hospitalization from Alcohol Poisoning; with her caring for him;  he realized that he was falling in love with a woman who seemingly hated him to hell and back; not that he blamed her for the hate. It took him longer to realised that he had feeling for her.

Summer 2000: Much to his dismay they moved to New York, it was during this move that name and face of other the would come out. In the days that followed before they were in NY, Bobby decided that it was time for his wife to have his last name. After knowing about the past, because word gets around in a small town; Victoria would be left isolated from most of the Oxford family.

Spring 2001: Victoria and Bobby would welcome twin girls into their lives. Who would later on fall in love with the colour pink once they grew older.

Winter 2009: Bobby was forced to shoot his father-in-law after negotiations to save her life failed. When the man had kidnapped her for intel on his grand-daughters whereabouts. As the girls were tucked hidden in safety by Vicki's uncle.

Summer 2010: 9 years after the birth of their daughters, they welcomed a son. Kevin Sean Oxford would be born in New York.

Summer 2010 - Winter 2015: As a family, they were busy repairing their life after the large mess created. Galacio's business was left to Vicki's Uncle in NY. Normalcy was a welcome change. Life was starting to settle in start of 2015, by the end of the year Bobby was ordered to be re-stationed in Rayton by the Coast Guards; thus moving back to their hometown of Winterley. Much to the twin's disappointment.

He needed words, or else things went down fast or came out jumbled. Last time he tried talking wtth her they both had been running circles for good while. "Sometimes you do need words." he told her, "last time we tired it, we ended up in circles." He was sure they had ended staying up all night talking.

He laughed at her words, just due to the tone being soft didn't mean they weren't true. They were true in so many levels. "That," his voice slurred, as he tapped her nose, "honor belongs to one man. Let's not give it to someone else." If that night his father had been armed, Bobby was sure he would be six feet under today.

"This time I'm at a fault." Working for Galacio had costed him; his family. The price he paid for it; made him bitter. But when he looked at his wife and girls, he consider himself lucky. While he lost one, he created another. He had never intended for his father to find out. But Bobby could never forget the look on his father's face.

As she agreed to his request to let their girls know, he brought their joined hand to lips, and kissed her hand, "Thank you. I could do it, but they will bomb with the why's of everything. And we both know; they have me wrapped around their fingers." Since they did, he wouldn't have the will power to stop himself.

Inhaling, he knew should give her reasons, pulling her in his lap, he sighed, "You remember his last visit?" he asked unable to recall if she had been around or not. Who the hell remember stuff from 15 years back anyway?
